A Kenyan technology holding company deploying internet, IT infrastructure and digital education. Its IT infrastructure subsidiary, Exbit Technologies, is based in Nairobi and was founded by George Ochumba.
Exbit Technologies is an IT infrastructure company headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, operating under Exbit Connect Group Limited. It was founded by George Ochumba and installs and manages CCTV, Starlink business internet, IP phone systems, access control and managed IT services for safari lodges, hotels, apartment developments and SMEs.
The company is an operator first. In July 2025 it deployed Kenya's first managed Starlink hotspot in Nyandiwa, Homa Bay County; the hotspot has generated KES 60,000–70,000 in monthly recurring revenue since launch. Named clients include Ashnil Hotels — Ashnil Mara Camp, Ashnil Samburu and Ashnil Aruba — and Amalia Apartments, a 340-unit residential development under a signed MoU.
Every deployment is built with named hardware: Hikvision and Dahua CCTV, Starlink Business terminals, Yeastar IP phone systems and ZKTeco access control. All CCTV installations meet Kenya's TRA compliance requirements.
